We aim to be the most sustainable restaurant in West Africa. We work hand-in-hand with local fishermans, farmers and artisans by mainly sourcing our ingredients locally and giving back to the community through urban farming. We also grow our own organic fresh herbs in our kitchen garden to deliver a unique dining experience to our customers.
